First you need to understand the Charecters. (Dilbert, Dogbert, The Boss, Wally, Alice, Asok the Intern, Catbert, Ratbert, The Garbageman, Dilbert's Mom, The Dinosaurs, The Elbonians, Carol the Secretary, Tina the Tech Writer, Mordac, Ted, Phil)
I think i would need to know more about Catbert for obvious reasons.
You should have also read fews books on Dilbert written by Scott Admas like -
